Here in Canada, we just celebrated Thanksgiving. Even though it has been a challenging year, we still have so much to be thankful for. From the smallest of things like my morning coffee to waking up and being able to take the dog for a walk, there are so many things that I feel blessed to have in my life. A great way to start a gratitude practice is to keep a gratitude journal. It doesn't have to be fancy or have long lists of things you are grateful for. Pick one
or two things and write them in your journal and make it an everyday practice. The more that you are grateful for, the more things to be grateful of will come into your life. Remember-like attracts like.
